Hello Everybody!!

Next Saturday, at 22:30, we have in Kassel a special concert of “The German Boss”. They´re one of the best Cover Bands of Bruce Springsteen in the world (Cover Band= Band that plays the songs from another very famous Band, imitating them). And I know that it´s not the same as to see the real Boss (and I´m not speaking about Sara) in concert, but I was there the last year, and it was just GREAT!!

So, the place is in Fiasko Bar, a Concert Live Club, near the Ing Schule, at 22:30 (Being there maybe at 21:30 or 22:00 is enough, I think). I recommend to all the possible fans of the Boss in Kassel to come with me, it´s worth making!! And for the others… Some people say that “We can divide the people of the world in two parts: The ones who are Bruce fans, and the ones who doesn´t know yet that they are fans too” :-)

I give you the links for the Club and for the Band, for more information:

If you´re interested, write something here or directly to my email!! (aleales@hotmail.com)

Saludos!!

Some of you might have received an email, and some not, so here it is again:

I would kindly ask the organizers of parties to provide translators for non-spanish and not-italian speakers, so we can all communicate, hang out, tell a few jokes, stories, and other bull***t

Thank you for your understanding.

Italian Party – Special Report!!!

staff As everyone know there was a party yesterday in Europahaus. The only thing I can say is that has been the best party so far.

It started with a bunch of delicious italian dishes with several types of pasta, lasagna, some starters everything accompained by delicious drinks such as Lambrusco, red wine, prosecco and several types of other non alcoholics drinks.

The decoration of the common room was superb and the organisation has been really proffesional, the staff even had uniform!!! And what staff, what can we say about the beautifull italian girls and the … hmm… so nice italian guys :P .antipasti

And in the end came the limocello, there was several victims due to limoncello, specially the french, that took a whole bottle and had a quite hard night.

The game was also quite fun, specially because my team won and we drank a whole bottle of red wine as price :D :D:D

The only complain I have, about this and other parties, it the fact that for the games they shut up the music, and I think that pull down a bit the people, because not everyone wants to play and they may want to hear music and dance, so for the Spanish party we will have to improve this part of the parties, the rest is just perfect ;)

decorationSo people prepare, becaus the Real Super Spanish Party is coming after Christmas, and we want it to be the best.

Ciao!!!! and congratulations.

Pd: of course we cannot forget the incident with the ambulance, I hope that Galia has nothing really serious and will be soon ready for the next party.

Ammendment to ITALIAN PARTY

Sorry, but i forgot to mention those who spent their afternoon preparing delicious Italian stuff.
Veronica, Claudia, Virginia, Elisa, Giada, Chiara, Eva, Martina, Marco, Boss, Daniele.
Be very carefull with proseco and the deadly kisses of the evil and the cold revenge of the conho.
Congratulations also to some French football starts here in Kassel, who showed impressive skills at 3:49 and almost injured some players in the other team for the whole season.

I would like to say bravo to the French girls who showed commendable tolerance of alcohol in their system, and did not do anything stupid, especially did not f**k up my shirt with the red wine. Thank you Senorita Duran Da Rosas for cleaning it.

For the Italians – party no. 1! (so far). Bravissimi! Sono molto contento, specialmente da mia Sorellina! Baci Sara!!! Orgoglio di Wolfhager Str.!

Great party on Saturday night. The italian team did a great work (Congratulations Sara, Marco, Eva, Martina….. ), so the spanish have to answer with a good sangria party again. Great italian food, specially Sara’s tiramisu.
I hope Galia is ok.

Brasilian “Timba”

brasilian timbaYesterday night took place the first Brasilian/Spanish timba at Bruno’s.

The World Class players were Laura, Patricia, Andre, Sebas, Amilton, the secret son of Andre: Daniel and me. It was a hard match with lot of chances for everyone, but in the end the three winners that win all our money were Andre, Sebas and Patri, in that order, who had to share 14€.

All the night took place at Bruno’s, a really great flat, and he had plenty of Glühwein and peanuts for us, and also two pretty girls (Jenna and Anne) to encourage the players to give the best of themselves. Ah! I forgot the fat cat and the flat mates :P

Thank you Bruno, so much fun.

Trip to Göttingen

bicicletas en goettingenToday at 9.30 we met in Haupbanhof, but for our surprise we were only Patri, Agnes, Irán, Laura and me. No clue if anyone else was coming with us, so we took the train at 9.45 (running because they changed the Gleis) and went to Göttingen.

We arrived there more or less one  hour later and began the visit, first of all I was amazed by the quantity of bikes that were parked in front of the train station, thousands of bikes, impressive.

We began walking around the city, it’s a very beautiful city, with a lot of ancient buildings, from middleages (those you can’t find in Kassel :P ), and we found the Weihnachtsmarkt, wich in my opinion is ok but nothing very special. The girls then started to go into every all 1€ shop they founded, that was very very very boring….:S, but after all we returned to the Weihnachtsmarkt to eat, because we were starving at that moment.

After all we came back, just when Jenna (and Anne I guess) arrived at the city, so we didn’t meet there.

After a little siesta in the train, we arrived in Kassel and went shopping :) , you will be able to see what I bought if you come to the Italian Party tonight (it’s nothing special, just shoes, but this way I can remind you about the party: 21.00h, 3€).

So see you all there.

If anyone have any doubt about the blog please let me know, you know where I am, or use the comments.

Adios!!
